Refurbishment and extension of a 3 storey single terrace house in Queens Park, London. The proposal consist in a 15 m long open plan ground floor split in 2 levels, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at the first floor, a loft conversion with en-suite bathroom at the top level. The interior spaces includes bespoke joinery and features. The floor finishes of the whole house are Dinesen Douglas fir floor boards, with the exception of polished concrete for the kitchen. The project was completed in 2013.
