Project to turn a 120 sqm shop into a pizza restaurant in Holloway Road, borough of Islington in London. It consist in a 90 sqm open plan dining area with pizza production counter and pizza oven, a kitchen facing the back courtyard and a WC area. The work consist in the full internal refurbishment of the premises, new kitchen and wooden burning pizza oven, bespoke counters and furniture, new floors, toilet fit out, AC unit, new internal and external lights, external front facade and signage, fire safety measures. Project completed in 2016.
