The aim of the competition was to find a solution to connect the city, the beach and the sea. The idea was to regain the perception of the beach as it was before the development of the city, as an archaic site but still able to respond to the requirements of a contemporary resort. So we imagined an osmotic filter city-sea that could aggregate functions and proposing forms coherent with the landscape. We prosed a new beach logistics, services and lifestyle.
With the language of the natural habitat we created spaces to fit urban commercial activities and a sequence of viewpoints overlooking the sea.

The project won the competition first prize in 2005.
